Privacy Policy and Consent to Data Processing

This policy explains how personal data of visitors of aiworkhelper.ru is processed. The data controller is Maksim, working as “Maksim — AI Developer”, contact: aiworkingmaksim@gmail.com. The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The binding version is the Russian one.

1. Data collected

• Request form: name, contact (Telegram, phone or email), task description.
• Review form: name, rating and review text.
• Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device details collected anonymously by Yandex Metrica.

2. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your request, estimating price and timeline, concluding and performing a service agreement, publishing a review (only with separate consent) and site statistics. Legal basis: your consent and performance of a contract.

3. Third parties and cross-border transfer

Data is never sold. Services used: FormSubmit (USA) to deliver the form to email, Google LLC / Gmail (USA) to store correspondence, Yandex (Russia) for Metrica statistics. By ticking the consent box you agree to this cross-border transfer.

4. Retention

Until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last message, or until you withdraw consent — then the data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to aiworkingmaksim@gmail.com. A reply is given within 10 business days.

6. Security and cookies

Only the controller has access to the data. The site uses HTTPS; the mailbox is password-protected. Yandex Metrica cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
